Who we are
A production company, with a fixer’s knowledge of the ground
Founded in 2000 by filmmaker K.P. Pathak, Cine Makers brings together producers, directors, cinematographers, editors and fixers who know Nepal’s landscapes, institutions and communities first-hand. Production is at our core: we make documentaries and films for institutions and brands, run productions for other producers, and develop our own features, series and short-form drama.
The same team supports visiting productions on location, handling fixers, permits, locations, transport and accommodation from recce to wrap. Distribution and marketing, event production and training complete the picture, so a project can go from first idea to its audience with one partner.
What we do

Production Services & IP Development
We produce for clients, for other producers and for ourselves: documentaries and audio-visual documentation for development agencies, government and cultural institutions; commercials and branded films; line production, crew and equipment; and a development slate of original features, series, documentaries and vertical microdrama.

Film Fixing & Ground Handling
Fixers, filming permits, drone clearances, locations, transport, domestic flights, helicopters and accommodation for foreign productions filming in Nepal, from Kathmandu’s heritage squares to the high Himalaya. One quote, one point of contact.
